Shortbread

My memory of this is something I have never tasted since the 1970’s.  Buttery and soft, not hard or too crumbly.    It went well with a cuppa tea and would break apart in your mouth so you could taste every crumb.  How I wish we had a time machine and could go back for it.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb of Plain Flour sifted
  • 1/4 Rice Flour
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter
  • 1/4 Cup of Castor Sugar

Method: ??? Butter add Sugar 1 Cream again,
